PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item you receive. ApexVue reserves the right to correct errors, change specifications, and limit quantities.

PRICING

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, logos and other content on this site, including the ApexVue name and logo, are owned by ApexVue or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, ApexVue's liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

PRODUCT USE

ApexVue cameras are recording devices. You are responsible for using yours lawfully, including complying with any local laws on filming, privacy and consent, and for mounting it safely. ApexVue is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper mounting or use.

GOVERNING LAW
